Most BodyTalk journeys start here. And it's standard - and essential - practice in ongoing therapy to start with a consultation. ​We’ll build the fullest picture of your personal and body history, make agreements and set goals.

The classic therapeutic hour. 

It’s a chance to explore in depth whatever brings you to BodyTalk. Typically, we'll meet weekly, but a different frequency is possible if that's right for you. 

For when you need a briefer session.

This session length may work best when we’ve established our work together and you need a “top-up” or a “check-in” – however you like to think of it.

No consultation required, these sessions may act as a “tune-up” for when you need a one-off session to talk through something, untangle it and leave with one or two things you can actually action… with the option to come back for more if that’s right for you. A transcript is available afterwards so that you can return to our session as much as you want.​​

We’ll work through the overwhelm, bring some order to the chaos and find practical strategies that support you to move forwards… with the option to come back for more if that’s right for you.
