The content on this website is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or individual therapeutic advice. Use of this website, including contacting me through the website, does not by itself establish a therapist–client relationship.
3. Therapy Services
Information about therapy services, including the approaches I use and the services available, is provided on this website for general information. A therapeutic relationship is established only when the appropriate consultation or preparatory process has taken place and both parties agree to work together. In the case of FOCUS sessions, there is no consultation, but preparatory documents will establish the therapeutic nature of the relationship and agreement. All services are subject to availability and suitability. Where therapy is agreed, the therapeutic relationship is governed by the separate Client Agreement and Terms of Working, which sets out the practical and professional terms of working together.
4. Booking & Payment
Services must be booked in advance. Fees, payment arrangements and cancellation terms will be communicated before therapy begins and are set out in the Client Agreement and Terms of Working.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website or provided in connection with therapy is handled in accordance with the BodyTalk Therapy Privacy Notice. Confidentiality is an important part of therapeutic work but is not absolute. Information may need to be disclosed in limited circumstances, including where there is a serious risk of harm, safeguarding concern, legal requirement or other lawful and professionally justified reason. Further information is provided in the Privacy Notice and, for clients, the Client Agreement and Terms of Working.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including text, graphics, branding and original materials, belongs to BodyTalk Therapy or is used with permission. You may view and use the website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Content must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

I take reasonable care to ensure that information published on this website is accurate and up to date. However, I cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or free from errors.
